#223: from the [un]mixed-up files...
The file drawers in our new staff office are approximately half the size of the file drawers in our old office. My file drawer was stuffed. Yesterday and today my project was to sort, reorganize, and PURGE the files. I am pleased to report that my new files are about one third the size they used to be!! I needed to see some tangible progress this week.

After spending all of my Sunday afternoon rearranging furniture in the living room, I am still not pleased. This part is ok, but the rest of the room is still lacking something. Sigh.

This year I'm relocating to my own apartment, which I am subletting for a friend who will be gone this year. Today, I moved out the majority of my stuff. Tomorrow the move will be complete!

#186: new hiding place
The last place where I'm scrounging for moving sale items is my bedroom. There were a bunch of boxes under my bed that I sorted through and emptied this afternoon, and Jake immediately found a new hiding place.

#153: goodbye 430
Today I finished packing up my classroom! I'm excited to be done with that daunting task, but also sad because this is the first classroom that I taught in for two whole years straight and now I have to say goodbye to room 430. Watch for a pic of my new classroom to pop up sometime in early August...
