#162: bye bye bucky
In the midst of my hellos there is another goodbye. We have had Starbuck for exactly 10 years this summer. Today he is going to doggy heaven because he is old, diabetic, arthritic, and dealing with liver failure. Bye bye, Bucky Boy.

#159: going somewhere?
This one isn't really a "hello" because it's a game I can play in Germany, in fact, it came from Germany. I taught my mom and brother how to play, and I didn't notice until after the game was over that we chose the colors of the German flag!!

#157: travel buddies
One awesome thing about BFA is the high probability of being on the same flight as another staff member when you go away for the summer. I was privileged to spend my morning with this awesome family. Well, blessed is more like it - I was running on a mere two hours of sleep and would have probably fallen asleep in Terminal 5 and missed my flight to Chicago!! They kept me company and I totally forgot I was even tired in the first place.

#153: goodbye 430
Today I finished packing up my classroom! I'm excited to be done with that daunting task, but also sad because this is the first classroom that I taught in for two whole years straight and now I have to say goodbye to room 430. Watch for a pic of my new classroom to pop up sometime in early August...
